Who is Jingle Belle? Well, she's the not-so-obedient teenage daughter of Santa Claus and the creation of Paul Dini, who is most famous for his writing work on the animated Batman series (he co-created the Harley Quinn character with Bruce Timm). Back in 2001, I drew eight pages for the JINGLE BELLE JUBILEE anthology. The stories in that comic have now been collected with many others in a graphic novel called JINGLE BELLE'S COOL YULE. The new collection features lots of talented artists including J. Bone, Dan DeCarlo, Sergio Aragones, Chynna Clugston-Major, Jill Thompson, Stephen DeStefano, Mike Allred, etc. The cover, featured at left, was provided by SAMURAI JACK and POWERPUFF GIRLS character designer Lynne Naylor.
